This list is in our Terms of Service. It’s contractually binding and our single biggest brand differentiator.

- A setup fee
- A fee to use third-party payment methods alongside us (PayPal, Klarna, etc.)
- A "platform fee" or "marketplace fee" on top of our percentage
- A fee for refunds, voids, or chargebacks (Stripe's $15 dispute fee passes through at cost)
- A fee for closing your store or exporting your data
- A fee for additional staff members
- A fee per location
- A markup on currency conversion beyond Stripe's 1% pass-through
